Due to the materials used our resources are suitable for children aged from 36 months only as some have sharp edges, and some may pose a choking or strangulation risk. Resources require a full risk assesment and close adult supervision is recommended at all times.

CE Marking is a certification mark that indicates conformity with health, safety, and environmental protection standards for products sold within the European Econic Area. All of our other products are referred to as ‘Functional Educational Products’. Described on the gov.uk website (directive-Article 2(1) “are products intended for the use for educational purposes in schools and other pedagogical contexts under the surveillance of an adult instructor”.
Please note that all our products are made from natural materials and cracks may develop in the wood as the material dries. However, this should not effect the functional use. We recommend that resources are stored in a cool, dry place. If you are experiencing any issues, please contact us directly and provide us with the opportunity to work with you to recitify the problem.
Return of damaged or faulty goods
If your order arrives damaged or in an unfit state for use. Please email photographs directly to us and we’ll assess them. If required, we will then make arrnagements for them to be returned to us at our expense.
Return of Non-faulty goods
Please contact us within 30 days of the delivery. All products returned must be in it’s orginal packaging and be in good condition. None faulty items returned will be at the customers expense. Refunds will be given within 14 days of returned items.
